How Secure are the Car Parks?
Most car parks have a combination of security patrols, high level fencing, barriers and CCTV. They hold awards for their security procedures. On and Off-airport car parks are normally accredited with AA secure car park awards issued by the Police.
What is "Meet and Greet" "Valet" or "Personal Parking"?
Ideal for those travellers with oversized baggage, small children and those who have disabilities making transfers complicated. The Personal Parking service enables you to drive straight to the airport terminal rather than to a car park. You will be met outside the Terminal by a chauffeur who drives your vehicle to a secure airport car park. On your return a chauffeur will have your car waiting for you outside the Terminal. All the meeting points and times are pre-arranged prior to your departure dates. Can I book at short notice?
Yes! We can confirm your booking by email which you can print and hand in on arrival. If you do not have access to a printer, simply make a note of your booking reference and quote it on your arrival. This allows you to actually book on your day of departure.

Is there an extra discount for booking more than one car at a time?
No. All prices quoted are per vehicle and are already at a discounted rate by up to 60% for hotel bookings and 50% for airport parking bookings.
How do I obtain a Vat or Credit/Debit Card receipt?
if you require a receipt call the parking privider direct using the numbers on our contact us page with your booking reference and they will gladly oblige.
Can you confirm my booking by post?
This option is available on the page where you enter your payment details with some providers. Clear instructions are given, just click on the box and the provider will post it to you.
Can I pay by cheque?
Yes. Send in a letter with your Name, Address, Tel No, Dates and details of product required. (Note that we cannot however guarantee availability of your chosen product by the time your cheque arrives). This should be sent direct to the the parking provider whose car park you have chosen.
Why is a week calculated as 8 days and two weeks calculated as 15 days?
One day is calculated as a whole or part of day. A Monday to Monday trip is calculated as 8 whole days. Therefore a two week trip would be 15 days inclusive.
